We make learning what to expect when you’re expecting convenient for just about any busy schedule by offering a four-week evening program or an all-day Saturday class.

Classes include everything you need to know to prepare you for your baby’s arrival along with a tour of the obstetrical unit. Topics include the changes of pregnancy, labor and birth, role of the support person, hospital procedures, cesarean birth, medications and breathing and relaxation techniques.

Breastfeeding is briefly covered in Childbirth classes, but to learn more enroll in our Breastfeeding Basics program. Led by a board certified Lactation Consultant, this class is open to moms-to-be and new moms, with information on how to prepare for and understand the breastfeeding experience, along with tips and techniques for success. Dads are welcomed and encouraged to attend, too.

Tours of our spacious new labor & delivery rooms, and our recovery and postpartum suites are held through-out the year, giving you a chance to meet the staff and learn more about our obstetrical services.
